Ben walsh

With 15+ years of experience in client and operations management, Ben offers CNF clients outstanding service, insight and financial acumen. Since 2004, Ben has successfully led several mortgage organizations through growth and expansion; and in 2007 joined his colleague, Don Calloway, as Partner for Chicago National Finance.

Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Ben has lived in the city since 1993. In this time, he has been able to build on a strengthening network of local realtors, mortgage / financial professionals and industry leaders. Clients and businesses alike benefit from Ben’s integrity and commitment to the community; and, through his leadership, have found success navigating through an uncharted and changing economic environment.

Ben holds a BA in Economics from the University of Kansas, and lives in Chicago with his wife and five children.

don calloway

As Managing Director/Partner at CNF, Don brings a unique foundation to the business and clients served, leveraging 25+ years of experience specifically in real estate finance. His accomplishments are a testament not only to his years in business, but also to his focus and dedication to clients and the industry.

Don began his career with Rock Financial, what we know now as Quicken Loans. He managed Chicago operations for Residential Finance Corp., managing as many as 50 originators; personally originating nearly 1,000 purchase and refinance transactions, and overseeing more than 10,000 transactions.

A resident of Chicago for 13 years and counting, Don brings special depth of industry knowledge specific to Chicago communities, and over the years, has also established a rich network of real estate and banking professionals. He is committed to delivering clients the most fitting mortgage options available, and through his network/resources uncovering opportunities that may have otherwise been unknown to them.

Don is a graduate of University of Michigan with a BA in Finance and Accounting.
